    Ok Scott lets talk about this... I think what your talking about is cutting a cart in half so you can sqeeze in silicone.. well insert the dead atty first then sqeeze in silicone... I love that idea! thicker walls would stop the ends from curling up wich I beleave is why some are having leaking...

    have you tried a barleby or are you using stock batts with the 901? wait it might be a 801 that the barleby comes with... cant remember but yes thats what im saying madeye..

    I think really we need better attys.. Attys that have more of a protruding bridge that sticks out further.. Make the bridge round and about a cm or 2 long with no gaps on the side so it could stick right into a resivor... if they could get that and the cart with a hole in the middle we would...

    P. daffy that looks good if there to thin try to do a double layer.. I like the tictactoe cross cut idea... if you have a micro screwdriver set maybe the large flat head will would work good to make them lines there pretty sharp.. from what Ive found its somwhat hard using the stock caps cause...

    I used a pen like madeyetony but all I have is some with plastic tips they still work but I only got 2 done before I destroying my pens tip, then I used the needle that came with my turkey flavor injector I cut the tip off and use it as a punch the needle unscrews from the injector works good..

    Here you go for those wondering if the stuff will melt I just burnt up another cart thats 2 in 2 days!! I sat down and was eating dinner felt my leg burning @#$% I forgot to turn the barleby off again!! Melted the rim of the cart but the plug is still good!

    Try 2 layers double it up and it might be good btw.. if you plug is not staying in you need to make the plug just a tad bigger there is no need to add silicone to hold it in..

    Thanks Kristin, I always take my plugs out wether it was AMD or the ZFM I cant handle one flavor I like to mix in my carts 3 drops of this and 6 of this but if you do the hole some here just squirt it right in the cart with out taking out the plug give it a try not sure to be onest...
