    If the straw is too long it will warp the sides of the plug inward towards the bridge leaving to big holes on the sides and one in the middle... if the straw is to short the bridge will not block the hole in the middle allowing the juice to flow out... just keep playing with the straw hight when...

    You can try that... I find the thin plugs with bigger holes work better and for that straws are a must to hold the thin plug up. Here are the ones Im making for others now.

    I found with the large holes there is no need for a vent and dose not leak I know it surprised me too!... the bridge plugs most of the hole while still letting air in.. ;)

    Here are the plugs Ive been doing.. SFY ZFM style... I make a solid plug then make shavings and punching large holes and use a straw to hold them up at the top... they been working flawless and beleave it or not even with the giant holes they do not leak.

    Thats the fiberglass wick... It wicks from the bridge to the nichrome coil, it gos down and threw the heating element... its also stoping you heating element from burning up keeping it wet with juice. With out that your atty is usless unless you take of the bridge and drip directly on the coil...

    Im going to sugest you get somthing that can light the atty hotter.. A 510 is what got me off analogs, then I moved up to a PV wich hit 10x better then any of the little batterys that come with e-cigs, mine last all day on a single charge..
