So sorry, did not want to start any kind of controversy. A beaker, such as a 50ml breaker should be good to measure to within 2ml. The width of the beaker compared to the height is the problem in accurately determining the meniscus. All measuring devices will have at least two types of...

I would like to caution folks on comparing subjective characteristics like TH when making small batches of diluted juice. It would be difficult for each ingredient in a small 10 to 30ml 'batch' to be mixed with a precision of +/- 2% of final volume. Using appropriate labware this can be...

would a 9volt mod box be too much voltage?

I still think resistors and LEDs, 9 cent resistors, 10 cent LEDs, is a good way to learn about semiconductors. An LED is a diode, half a transistor and conduction still dumbfounds many modders. I see comments about how to hook them up, and answers that don't many any sense. Run them just...

would a 9volt mod box be too much voltage?

Suggestion for a new modder: Unless you can do the design, analyze the limitations of each component, and test the performance against the design, build something that has already worked for others. If electronics is not your 'long suit', copy a design. If you want to learn, take little...

    eGo-c Twist 1000mah Size (it's really long)

I get 97.65mm for the 650mah Twist My wife likes it. She runs a 1.7ohm single coil in the tank @ 4.0 volts. Seems to handle that just fine. I don't think I would try 1.5 ohms or crank it up to max volts.

    battery charging question

I go through about 2 18650s a day. If I am careful, I can get a regular 650mah eGo to last 3 hours. Usually 2. Rules of thumb depend on the thumb :)

    battery charging question

Tell your vendor Rocket says he is full of it. I suggest you spare up critical parts like batteries and chargers. Don't let one failure cause you stress. Failures do happen. Maybe go with the 900mah twist which seems to have a little better reliability. Be careful with very low...

    Ego-c, what works with it.

Wow, nothing but positive, supportive responses. Now that's what it's all about. Spare up all critical parts. Batteries, chargers, etc. Stay ahead of shipping delays. Great start. Looks like you have it licked. Rocky

    99.9% pure nicotine =

I'm going to be rude and say that even though you have the equipment to handle 99.9% nicotine, you do not have the smarts. Anyone that doesn't understand basic chemistry, density, concentration, dilution, and uses a juice calculator to mix juice should not have access to 99.9% nicotine. But...

Will these work on a E-Go Twist?

If you find a reasonable voltage to vape at, they should work fine. It when you try to push the limits that things fail. Again, I don't have a twist, but running them a little higher than a normal eGo is what is intended with the twist. The 2.1 to 2.4 ohms at the coil, and 3.0 ohms at the...

Will these work on a E-Go Twist?

There are many definitions of Low Resistance for cartos and attys. Back when I started a Joye 510 atty was 2.2 to 2.4 ohms. That was normal for a little 510. The 901 atty was about 2.8 ohms, normal for the 901. Then the dual coils came and LR meant 1.5 to 1.6 ohms (forget about the 1.25 ohm...

Will these work on a E-Go Twist?

The low resistance carto (less than 2 ohms) will most likely (I don't own one) overload the eGo twist at anything higher than 4.2 volts. If the LR carto is 1.5 to 1.6 ohms then 4.0 volts is about as high as you should go. You should be able to get by with lower if you are used to regular...

How much is VG at your Wal Mart?

I remember that discussion, back in 2009. Glycerin is Glycerin. Molecules is Molecules. and that there is no such thing as USP Kosher Vegetable Glycerin. Humco is cheaper. Do any of our e-juice vendors use Humco USP Glycerin? They sell in drums and truck sizes also. Any vendors want...

How much is VG at your Wal Mart?

You can be sure that the USP Glycerin from Walmart, however it is labeled, is good USP Glycerin. Even if it doesn't say Humco on it it was probably packaged by Humco, in Texarkana. There are people who have talked to there friend at the Humco plant, a Quality Manager, or maybe it was a...

    Wizard Labs Nic Base Reviews

Not sure about the pure interpretation of the 'Rules' but a 'review' thread should provide us the ability to candidly make positive, negative, and neutral comments about a vendor without the concern that the vendor will make a retaliatory comment (not that John would). A supplier thread that...
