    Kapton is too risky to use. A coil can glow dull red. How hot is that? In a perfect world we HOPE our coils don't get that hot, but they do. Kapton will decompose and it will sustain a flame. Hard to get it to burn, but the decomp products will sustain a flame.

    As long as they use a Standardized Industrial Balloon (SIB) and not a party balloon :) I can see someone objecting to a balloon test. A large low pressure blow out plug would fail balloon test. Small leaks, not vents, may have lubricant or soft sealant in them and would fail a balloon test...

    Subconsciously you are now dissatisfied with the eGo. Even though the adjustable twist could be adjusted to produce the exact same electrical signal as the GreenSmoke, and cartos are available that would mimic the greensmoke cartridge, you will probably never get past the little mental signals...

    And, for those of you that meter your cells, allowing them to 'sag' for a while after charge tells you the terminal voltage of the cell. Even a old crappy cell can come off the charger at 4.20v. But does it stay there?

    How about a 'tabbed' 18650 cell like a Sanyo, LG, or even Tenergy. A tabbed 26650 would just be ridiculous. Eliminates soldering to a bare cell. If you put tape over the label, the eGo board won't know the difference :)

    Why? They have probably already changed their source, or bought or extracted a new batch. If I bought nic from a vendor last year, or 2 years ago, could I buy from them again and expect the same results? I doubt it.
