    Easier said than done, if the doctor situation in Nova Scotia is anywhere close to what it is here in Ontario. My wife asked if I could switch to her doctor, since most of the family already sees her, and she said that if I already had a doctor, then there's no chance.

    Yes, he said the nonsmoker rates were lower, but he didn't say by how much. I guess there're too many other variables to say for sure. My physical's on Friday, and I hope they don't take blood pressure. I'm terrified of needles, and that'll throw the readings off. :(
