    Yeah, I have to agree with you. What he did say (and like I said, my memory is going) was that no current 18490 can deliver the 12 amps necessary. The DNA30 doesn't just stop, it limits current which is pretty much what you said. Unless it decides that the battery is bad, then it just "stops"...

    From what I remember Mike said somewhere that the 18490 won't put out enough juice to do 30 watts. I could be wrong here. Going strictly by memory (and mine is getting, well weak at best). I'll try to find where I thought he said it.

    I really enjoy the vape off of a kayfun (and other bottom feeders) but man I love the vape from a Z-Atty device. I use my Z-Atty Pro on my Provari for the most part but it can be used on other 510 devices with a little manipulation. My next expenditure of cash is gonna be on a native Z2 Z-Atty...

    Mine has the spring under the copper disc under the top cap also. But it doesn't spring down far enough to allow a Kayfun or others to sit flush. That little "white thing" is probably solder. You can barely see the same thing on mine if you look closely. Oh and I love these pics! Keep 'em...
