That scratch is gonna be there. The hex bolt of the 510 connector hits it as you're screwing the Z2 510 top cap on. No big deal. Gotta make contact. ;) Wait, I just read the other comment you posted. Half of it is gone? That sounds like it may not have been coated correctly. Mine only has a...

What exactly do you mean by "resets"? I mean mine shuts the screen off after I don't mess with it for a while. When I hit the button it shows the serial number and Zen ZNA but it fires instantly. Does yours reset the settings to default?

You know what you're right!! I never noticed it but it does. Sweet observation! God I loved that flick. And Jennifer Connelly in that white dress. With the '50s look. Sheesh maybe I need to watch it again. ;)

Umm. That screw on a KFL holds the build deck together. Now on a KF 3.1 you can remove it. But if I take that screw out of my KFL the build deck comes apart. You know the positive block of metal with the delrin insulator under it. Maybe I'm missing what you're saying? Sorry. Watch these two...

The ZNA does have a sort of reverse battery protection but it's mechanical vice electrical. The Delrin piece in the upper part of the battery compartment will only allow nipple (or button whatever your preference) batteries. No flat tops. I've tried. So unless there are some really weird...

Man I've got none of the problems you have. Mine is pretty much perfect. My only niggle is the top cap. You just can't get some devices to fit flush because of the way the Z2 510 top cap works on the ZNA. I think it can be easily remedied using another screw in it. Or maybe Mike will come up...

Good on ya man! Purty aren't they? I sometimes just hold it, touch it, stare at it. It just feels wonderful in the hand. I swear I'm talking about the ZNA. :P

Sweet. I'm jealous! My 18650 is purty but that right there is sexy I'll tell you what! Do me a favor, can you take a close up shot of the brushed finish on it? I'd love to see it up close! Thanks man.

Just keep trying. It took me two tries to get a ZNA. If you wait on the email, forget it. I mean it's nice of them to do that but by the time you get to the page to order, they'll be gone. Watch ENSs Facebook page (I don't do Facebook but I just watch their FB webpage) and they'll say when...

Unfortunately I don't think your KFL will fit flush. I've got a clone that the center pin sticks out a bit too far myself. It won't flush with the KFL center pin screwed all the way in. I'm considering filing off the screw to get it to flush. Not a lot of work but hey it's probably worth it.

Thanks for the tip on the attys on the VS Rossum. I've been using the "o-ring" method. I'll give your idea a try. And as a follow on to someone elses question, yes you can replace the battery. I unsoldered mine just to see how hard/easy it would be. Easy if you can solder. Just make sure you...
