    That's a great looking first attempt! 1.45 should be pretty nice, try it. I haven't used anything but 30ga and am plenty happy. I'd lowerthe one you have if you want a little more flavor. SuperX is the man when it comes to placement on every axis. He posted pics recently of that.

    Plenty of places to get them...but I check my coils far more often now that I have this: https://www.fasttech.com/products/1494601 I used the provari and the multimeter after I sold the vari. But this is my favorite because it holds the base while I build :)

    Love the olive drab. Mine is black with olive door. I wasn't brave enough back when I ordered to go full color. Looks great.

    How to tell when it's time to change batteries ?

    I have a charger at work, and one at home. I just change halfway through the day if I remember. Or when I get home from work I change. Mini gets it faster than the grand of course. I go by feel, and I am sure I change faster than I need to. I have also stretched them way out when traveling.

    Happens all the time :( I have been lucky, but I have seen plenty. Everything I sell I make it look worse than it is. The bright side, even if it doesn't work perfectly, Rob can fix that right up or you can buy a rebuild kit. You do owe it to yourself to get at least one brand new one...

    Since people are admitting to the low battery here...I thought of posting here when I realized something. Had to rewick twice the last couple days, three times yesterday. Could not figure out why my flavor was funky. I was using a two or more week old coil...oops. Dropped a new one on this...

    Everything but the foot odor was made up. Your video got me up and running on my RM2 faster than I ever expected. It really is awesome that you put them up...but I also have to give you a hard time when I feel like it ;)
