    Why do I vape where I couldn't smoke? The short answer is because I can. I go stealth where it would cause a distraction or ruckus somewhere I couldn't see a logical problem with vaping. I'm not going to do it in the middle of a wedding, church service, funeral, etc.... but I see no reason...

    It slaps a hefty fine and restriction of license to sell at all to vendors that violate it. I'm not opposed to this actually. It's no different than tobacco and liquor licensing in NYS.

    The average non smoking person might not have any issues, and may or may not want nicotine. Others may decide to pick up nicotine for cognitive benefits. It's not the same as a prescription, it would be more like someone having anxiety issues and going to the drugstore to get St. John's Wort...
