    it is food grade stainless, not crome plated, but kir fanis has the trap tank too which I linked to when I edited. pbusardo did a video about the trap tank a little while ago, kir fanis is the guy that makes them, he is in greece so sometimes it is harder to get his stuff here in the states.

    My Reo is also fairly new, while in class when it is past time for a break I find myself fiddling with the door of the Reo, the instructor quickly dismisses us LOL Small Business class is so boring with such a monotone instructor!
