When I started vaping, I assumed it would be cheaper than smoking - it isn't...yet. I found a system I like without much trial and error, unlike many of you, but I have just barely broken even. I have kept track of every vaping related purchase so far(rather easy at only 30 days in). I'm at $210...
You'll get over the size thing eventually, unless you like having to change batteries often. Besides, do you really want to look like you're still smoking?
I also needed it to be easy. I ended up with an eGo. I immediately set aside the tanks and attys that came with it and put on a stardust. There are probably some starter kits that come with that set-up that someone can direct you to. Putting it together piece by piece wouldn't be terribly...
Caffeine free is awful, so I'm not drinking soda at all(never had a taste for coffee or tea). I never thought I'd say this, but it's almost too sweet now.
I broke their fingers so they'd learn not to touch - kidding, kidding. They're old enough to know not to drink strange liquids and I keep the majority of supplies in a locking filing cabinet.
I've been vaping a little under a month and just realized today that my caffeine addiction has mysteriously disappeared. I've been drinking water instead. I'm not sure if I was drinking the Mt. Dew to cover the cigarette taste and no longer needed it after I switched or if the increased water...
I left my spare battery at home this Sunday and of course, the one I was using died. I bummed a smoke from the friend I was with, then another. They made me feel nauseous and I was more than happy to get home to my spare battery. I have no desire to switch back to smoking.
Uh, there are 2 types of tubing that aquarists use. The icemaker type is easily corroded by gases and is only good for bubblers. You probably want the tubing that they use for CO2.
I actually mix the two(I'm mostly too lazy to clean the clearo between fills). I think I'm one of the few who got lucky and found an all day vape the first day I started vaping.
I'd recommend an eGo bat with a Stardust. I discovered mine at the mall(wasn't dumb enough to buy it there) and haven't felt the need to try anything else. I have the tanks that came with my eGo, but haven't even tried them. I needed e-cigs to be easy.
If kids were that smart, none of us would have started smoking in the first place. By the time I started, the anti-smoking campaign was in full swing. I knew it caused cancer, stunk, tasted disgusting, would get me in trouble with parents, etc and I still started smoking.
