    I'm sure you'll pick up the lavatube without any issues. Is there a reason you're vaping 100% VG? You mention you want to increase throat hit and aren't concerned about vapor, the easiest way to do that would be add some PG to your liquids.

    Easiest way to find your preferred setting with the twist is turn it down as low as it will go and start vaping. Turn it up a bit after each vape until you find your preferred voltage.

    Why .5 increments? I like to fine tune.

    .5 is good enough for me, but I was never one who cared whether I vaped at 3.9 or 4.1 volts either. I have a range where too high tastes like crap and too low is no throat hit and vapor, I have a pretty wide ranging sweet spot.

    If you do go with the Vamo, get the stainless steel version. Also be aware that the Vamo is a really long device when used in 18650 mode.
