    You could try to put it in boiling water for 5 mins , stir it with something . Take it out and let it cool. Blow thru it from the battery side to get most of the water out . Then leave it vertical (battery connection up) overnight o a radiator to fully dry out.

    Yes , up the nic initially. At least 12mg , maybe more until you stop craving analogues . You can reduce it later. If you start to low it will be harder to get off the normal cigs.

    Hi. But if you melt it how will it wick optimally ? I think that the best wick should not be deformed or melted by the coil.

    Too true . I remember my first e-cig .I had two passthru (draw activated batteries ) . They worked fine for 2 months and then both just died within two days of each other .

    I have used stacked unprotected cells before in PV's and in fast electric model boats. It should be OK as a temporary . a) Just don't overdrain them . b) monitor the temperature c) check with a mutli-meter before each charge to see if they differ in voltage appreciably .

    I agree with ian . After starting and getting off the analogues on tends to drop the nic level one vapes. As time goes on you tend to vape more and so you need to lessen the nic content.
