    What kind of Parrots ???? I raised mine from babies-Macaw from the day he hatched and now he is 30 yrs old !! Real sweetheart he is too. Sun Conure is 29 and Blue front is only 7 now . My only family and love them so much. All of them talk and love to cuddle.

    yea-make beaded pouches, sheaths and cases to fit a lot of different things-but Hog mods need to be seen !! Still have not made one for myself yet-but then again, "the shoemakers kids go barefoot"-LOL !!

    It is not a joke !!! The native americans ( and I have done also) tan deer etc hides, using the animals brains. That and a LOT of work, makes a skin or hide come out as soft as flannel. Then the hides are usually smoked to give them different colors and it helps to preserve/waterproof them...

    Brain tanned hide- smoked -smells so good and feels heavenly-love to work with it. I have deer-elk-moose etc. Hate to even cut it sometimes-just is too beautiful. Costs a lot to buy when it is tanned/smoked right too.

I do native american seed beading on native brain tanned hide- Get carried away buying every color of beads and have enough hides on hand to keep working for the next 15 years.
