    The thread for Innokin SVD

And the button has started to fail, less than a month in. GRRRR! The mother in laws works fine still, mine randomly switches off and keeping a decent contact is virtually impossible. I really like the look of this thing but seems the button issue has caught me. Saying that, I pretty much vaped...

    your age?

I still find it slightly amusing I got the mother in law off ciglikes on to a provari with a RBA. It's just cool. She is cool. There's a lifetime between us in terms of age, but she rocks that mod more than me. I think "older" vapers have more clout than younger vapers in terms of credibility...

    ECF's diversity is it's success I reckon. It's all good :)

    your age?

33 here, feel like I'm 21 since vaping changed my life though :)

The results of a study of 19000 E-Cigarette users

My personal view is I'd rather you vaped than smoked. Honestly. :) Vape on I say

What are you doing right now?

Sitting having a vape and a coffee, in the middle of housework. :(

    Fairly new to vaping...

Welcome to ECF As stated, bigger holes allow more air into the device, which usually means bigger vape production and a cooler vape. I'd not be drilling my Kanger Protanks though! (not that you can't, just I'd not particularly recommend it) :D Congratulations on vaping though, it's a smart...

    First Post!

Welcome to ECF I hope you find success with Vaping. It's like a never ending learning curve (to me at least) and the people here are well equipped to help with anything you need a hand with. Stay strong, keep vaping, it's all good. Any issues, give us a shout :)

    Hello Everybody!

^ +1 Welcome to ECF! Yeah - mechs and rebuildable coils are generally cool - but not for the feint of heart. As stated, read up on stuff before running into making coils on a mech mod - it's a risky business if you don't know the ins and outs of it. Be safe... But good luck, and happy vaping :D

Ever been pulled over by a cop for Vaping?

I got pulled over about three months ago by the UK traffic cops. I literally think they didn't know what the hell I was doing behind the wheel and needed to stop me (fair play). Both were fine when I showed them it willingly, and my batteries, spare coils, liquids etc. Was slightly annoying...

Congratulations and welcome to ECF. Sounds like you have a decent array of gear already, just wait until the "hobby" element kicks in ha-ha. Hope you stay off the ciggies, and welcome to the forums :D

    Back To Analogs

The way I look at it is... I can't taste anything from my vape. Ok. Bad news. More water, change liquid, see what happens. In the meantime, I still vape. I'm still getting vapor, I'm still getting nicotine, but taste is a "plus" to me, not a requirement. To me, not being able to taste liquid...

    Iclear30B wont fire on mechanical?

Some tanks might push the pin down - I had an airflow controller that nearly ruined a APV - screwed a protank on, no contact, a iClear made contact no problem. Depends on the tank I guess. I've generally got a flat head screwdriver on hand for instances where the previous tank has pushed the pin...

    Iclear30B wont fire on mechanical?

The pin is the connection from the top of the mod - connects the battery to the tank. If it's not making a connection you are not vaping. Might need to be adjusted to make contact. Hopefully that works - I've had similar issues with an iClear on two of my mods. Works on one, not the other...

Smok ACE and Vamo v5: Can anyone lend a few answers?

The threading issue is generally not noticeable until you physically wear them down. I'd recommend getting an air flow controller. You can pick them up cheap. It screws on the device and reduces the wear and tear on the Vamo's threading (in theory you shouldn't need to remove the air flow...

    Anyone here used fasttech.

I've tested the water with Fasttech - got a Rocket V1 in the mail. I've been using a Kayfun clone from Ebay for a while, let's see how FT do. Prices are ridiculous (as in cheap). Annoyed by their system though. My first order was due for dispatch on the 14th, on the 15th it went to restocking...

    New to Vaping and ECF

Congratulations on taking the decision to quit - and vape! :) Running will be far easier, quite quickly. I couldn't run half a mile without being a total mess and needing to sit down. After 5 months of vaping, I can do three/four miles no problem. Stairs are a doddle now, they were killers...

Smok ACE and Vamo v5: Can anyone lend a few answers?

I own a Vamo V5 - It was my main "go to" device since the start of January this year. The thing is great for the money, although the buttons are slowly starting to die on me now (all of them). It's had it's fair share of abuse, I've dropped it plenty. It still works, but the finish is scratched...

A reasonably balanced history and overview of ecigs and vaping

My other half is in the camp of "nicotine is deadly". She read it, is impressed, it literally dissolved all fears of vaping and nicotine. Anti vaping articles are rife these days, I swear it is the cause of my high blood pressure ha-ha :D
