    Yeah she's vaping a pretty low mg juice, and just hitting it when the cravings overwhelm her - her patch is a lower dose (18mg). I'll make sure she doesn't go overboard! To be honest, I just want her to do whatever it takes to quit. Within reason of course! :)

    I find, when I get up, I vape (often before I get up, it's never far) I do stick with old "smoking habits" like vaping after meals - to me it help the transition between the two. Hoping to break these habits soon, but for now, it stops me smoking so I'm fine with it :)
