We did arrange for a place to stay during the tear down process. The place was just full of asbestos, lead paint, etc that I don't want the kids to be near. I know they'll tent the house but better safe than sorry- always9988

Yeah hubby is trained in the basics and can do outlet replacements etc but he doesn't mess with the big stuff. Thankfully our home's electrical, plumbing, etc was all updated in the 90s so I'm less freaked. Had the firemen been 3 minutes later (already took them 30 minutes from time of call...- always9988
