    16mg is on the low side. Vendors sell and many vape anywhere from 0 to 36mg. Needs and tastes vary. You might try getting hold of something like 24mg and see how that works for you.

    Haven't gotten one yet, but in another thread, somebody made what seems like a pretty good idea for those who vape the darker, atty-clogging juices: periodically clear things out by vaping a small amount of unflavored juice (just PG/VG and nicotine).
