I don't recommend LinX for long term stability testing, only for nitty gritty [let me keep increasing my OC after 20 minutes] testing. P95 has always been more accurate for me.
The PPD calculator in FAH is only an estimate, really. It doesn't calculate retrieval time or time to send the WU back, which is all factored into the QRB. I was able to OC my videocard a little more tonight and I shaved off a mere 1 second from the gpu TPF... dangit!
lol how did I know Dusty would respond something like that?
Nach, yeah I know... I'll figure something out. The 'useless crap' has mostly been sold off and all I really have left is items I use. Well, I have an i7 930 that I can sell... hmmm.
LOL accountant...
And this is for Nach. Hottest core running right now...
The system running full load is cooler than my 4.8ghz OC'd i5 at idle... sad.
It's a combination of open air case, coolers (4x Noctua U12DO) in push/pull. Plus it's running at 2.36ghz (max I could get without messing with memory) and there is no voltage adjustment so I can't mess with that either. They run really cool though :) can put my finger on the hs and it doesn't...
