    They could, at the very least, cover DOAs. I'm all for new ventures, products, etc., but over-embellished marketing is very dangerous for new vapors. I fell prey to a heavily overpriced ecig vendor in the beginning, but luckily got out without a whole lot of financial damage.

    I have a hate hate relationship with steeping. Quite frankly, I think it's a bunch of crap. I understand that it's necessary, but as far as I'm concerned juice should leave the vendor vapable. I can appreciate that juice develops more after you get the product, but I think it should end...

    Make sure you're (a) releasing the button before you stop the draw and (b) drawing hard enough. You shouldn't have to draw hard, but if you're not drawing enough, or doing (a) the vapor/condensation left in the chamber will collect on the tube and run out to the battery connection. My :2c:

    1000mah ego-C (not the vv twist), with a boge standard 35mm carto, and a standard 510 drip tip comes in at just a hair under 155mm in length for me (6 inches), and 14mm diameter at the base. Can't help on the foam cutting, sorry.
