    In terms of nicotine strength it is measured by mg/ml. So you are taking in 9 mg per each ml that you vape.

    If it is 48 mg/ml 80pg/20vg base and you added 30ml 100%VG then yes your result will be 130ml of 36.92mg/ml base at a 61.54pg/38.46vg ratio.

    Take the head out of it, take off the top stem that covers the coil with the silicone grommet around it, roll a small piece of cotton into a wick and place on top of the coil. Replace the stem, rescrew the head in the base, and let it saturate and give it a vape.
