Mainly because of I am lazy. I destroyed a few by over tightening the atty and never bothered replace them. Since the leak was very minimal, I was ok with it initially but started to bug me last few weeks. While I was thinking about using the o-ring, I couldn't help but wonder if it can be...

Anybody found a way to avoid using o-ring between the atty and 510 connector? I stopped using o-ring and it has been working fine. But if I am using PG heavy juice, the juice well (on Reo Grand) gets slowly filled and requires wiping. It isn't a big deal but was wondering if anybody found a...

For me, GG has always been the "premium/luxury/exclusive.. etc" brand. It is a lifestyle. If you want to increase your market share, pricing alone will not be enough. Maybe borrow some marketing strategy from luxury automobile companies. Keep the current GG line as the premium class (GG...

Yup. If posts are at 12 and 6 o'clock, hole would be at either 4-5 or 10-11 o'clock. Mine is at 10-11. Hence a slight counter clockwise rotation would put the coil 90* to the air hole. The difference is very subtle, but it was giving me enough differences in throat hit to notice it.

This also helps with the airflow since the air hole is usually between the posts and side of the coil would face the hole. Just need to make sure the coil body itself isn't touching any of the post.

While we are at it, here is a wish list for MB ingenuity - Time to ditch the plastic bottle and come up with a design that utilize a steel tank for squonking. Steel juice bottle like U-can is a good example of how this might be possible. Still not an easy task but if anyone can pull it off...

I tried mounting this coil to a dripper and fired it. Looks like it is heating the coil nicely. Heats from center out. I took a few pics but going to stop spamming the thread with more picts.

I thought about how the legs of your previous build was stretching to the sides. While the bent legs might be a good solution, I always felt that a sharp bending at the leg could introduce additional resistance at the leg. (which could lead to hot leg) This is a pure guess and might not be the...

For a clean trimming of leg at the post, use a angled toenail clipper similar to this Amazon.com: Tweezerman Professional Deluxe Toenail Clipper Grooved To Catch Clippings: Beauty They will make near flush cut against the post. Better than any plier.

Some contribution to the community. Old news for Reonauts but folks who are new to BF atty might find it helpful. For small chamber BF atty like Chalice, I found the following combinations work nicely. - Space coil (instead of standard micro coil) for better heat distribution - Larger coil...
