I am sure there will be seams but the primary goal would be to cover up the main body and contact points. Since they offer wraps for majority of mods out there, I am sure they can come up with ways to cover up as much as possible. Anyway, just an idea and was hoping someone in this thread...- ZeroOhms

If anybody knows kickitback from Jwrap, maybe we can have him make some wraps for this mod? So we aren't limited to spray paint for color options. If Gdeal provides the CAD dimensions, I am sure they can make the wrap template for it and cut any stock for this mod...- ZeroOhms

Not quite sure why you are getting gurgling with the cotton in the channel. How many turns do you do? I usually do 3 - 4 turns and noticed that I had to reduce it down to 1 - 2 turns with the new setup. If you are doing more than 2 - 3 turns, maybe try reducing the turn. Haven't read the old... -

Quick post on something that might help others. Instead of flush cutting the wick, make a long tail and drop them into the inside of the cup. These tails will suck up juice puddle in the cup and bring it right back to the coil. Combine this with a flavor wick that is flush cut and sits on top... -

Drilling out air hold advice
If you are holding the atty by hand, old trick I used to use. Take a thick book and open it up in the middle. Use the "V" groove in the middle of book to wedge the atty. Much easier to hold the atty. -
