    Actually tobacco (cigarette) doesn't have ANY free base nicotine whatsoever.Micro quantities of ammonia added (By marlboro mostly) helps to make nicotine availability bit easy. Ecig nicotine is almost entirely free base nicotine.Eliquid nicotine has more availability compared to JUUL eliquid.

    Pg is no longer used in nebulizers.The carrier is mostly saline water. That lung trnsplant study by the manufacturer didn't study effect of PG on lung tissue.The manufacturer is concerned only with rejection aspect.

    Diluted glycerin serves as source for bacterial growth. E-liquid as such in a bottle doesn't promote bacteria but diluted glycerin(By water condensation) as written in the above post promotes bacterial growth.

    This thing appears to be a real advancement in ecigs.The salts used by Juul are close to what the tobacco contains.
