    The tablet charger should be fine if it's got a USB port of the ego cable. Anything less than 5v output would not be advisable though so I would not recommend charging it on your computer since some of the USB ports have lower output than others.

    Because the hybrid probably has a lower voltage drop since it's a hybrid and maybe has better contacts. You might have the same build on another RDA but if the voltage drop is higher, even by just a little it's going to perform differently, especially when you're playing with a .12 ohm coil...
