    Idk if anyone has answered this yet, but that's a GGTS (golden Greek telescopic) mod with an Ithaka atty. you can't get them at http://shop.vaperev.com/devices/mechanical/golden-greek-by-imeo.html They aren't in stock currently but they aren't a hard mod to track down, kinda like the nemesis...
