I like the parallel build a lot right now, and being very into dessert/baked goods I wanted to up the ohms and slow down the heat so the vape wasn't as hot. I use twisted 28 gauge and make a single parallel coil (alternatively if you have a smaller post hole you could use twisted 30 gauge)...
I've noticed with riptrippers some of the builds he youtubes are fun to try but are more of a novelty not really for everyday if you're an all day dripper (im guilty of this). I think they just can't beat a parallel, twisted, or parallel twisted. Just my opinion.
Just wondering, why in particular do you want it to be exactly 26 gauge size?
I've noticed a trend with builders lately that they use 26 and 24 to make more elaborate builds which makes sense because its easier to manipulate to make more elaborate builds. But when you twist the wires the...
Yeah I'm not sure thats too safe man. I've heard of people doing under .2 builds and it freaks me out. What kind of builds are you doing to get to .2? I just did a .27 ohm build and it was a parallel twisted 30 gauge (which is REAL nice btw)
Drilled out the holes on my RDA finally...(SO MUCH MORE ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES)...but now the screws seem to be a bit loose. It works fine but occasionally I have to keep make sure its tightly screwed down. Anyone know of any fixes for this?
My friend was complaining that the throw was shorter and crunchy so its not as smooth and the button is so small its actually annoying. I thought possibly they had a built in adjustable button like a sentinel, but it seems that a Chi You does not. I mean I know the idea of 'you get what you pay...
So I was just playing around with my friends Chi You clone, and he was complaining about the button. So i took a look at it and used it a few times to see what he was talking about. The button is extremely short, and isn't too crisp. Does anyone know any videos or information about how to fix...
So I was put onto twisted wires a few months ago when I first started building. Haven't used regular wires since (except with parallel builds, but even in those now I use twisted wires). Flavor is much much better IMO. A few members put me on them, and then gave me some insight as to why and the...
I think you should do some more research before you decide. You are right on the ohm reader, you definitely need that at the get go.
More important then the actual mech is the battery. Depending on what battery you use in a mech you can only go so low. That battery you have "IMR 18650 3.7V...
Most will last around a year or so but depends on the ingredients, if the juice has certain organic components most companies will provide an expiration date.
I've been playing around with each of these on my atomizers. (4 wrap parallel and a 28 gauge twisted 4 wraps) What are your guys' thoughts on the two??

I don't think a hammer can support an 18650 battery(its too big, you'd need a smaller battery that would be compatible).
10 amps safest you could build down to is 0.5 ohm

Vtc5 has a larger battery cell compared to the 4, same amps (30).
2600 mah vtc5 vs 2100 mah vtc4.
you may get a higher starting voltage, but don't quote me on that.
I'd suggest a few things, Ohm Reader if you dont already have one. Then check to see what your battery can operate safely at (your battery can safely go as low as 0.5 ohm btw) .
When I started building initially just to help get the hang of it I kept a notebook to write down what I built (what...
