    I have lost a lot of faith in ave as well, but this just sounds extraordinarily butthurt. Also good luck with Catskill mountain vapor, hope your lungs don't fall out due to the blind guy that runs it using bleach instead of vg and brake fluid in place of nic.

    It literally would take you 45 seconds to ftp into your site and replace your index.php with an index.html explaining what is going on. But whatevs, Its hard to stay mad at a monopoly.

    They didn't either... Otherwise they wouldn't have had card data on a PCI compliant server in the first place. Not likely, more like the Processor revoked their cert until they come into compliance.

    Yep, I think they are out of business and no one knows it yet. No contact or statements from the owners for weeks now, doesn't sound like people who are planning on continuing to run a successful business.

    Yeah they will write it off as fraud and attempt to prosecute if it is bad enough. I have actually won enough disputes through paypal that I have "Exeptional account performance" and they no longer hold funds that are in dispute on my account.

    You guys must have been in a larger network then, with these smaller vendors in an iffy category, you and 4 - 5 of your friends could order then chargeback and basically shut a vendor down overnight.

    I would put that # at nearly 100%. It is incredibly difficult to host your own PCI compliant server, not to mention the credit card companies don't really like e-cig and juice vendors.
