Traveling to India with vaping kit

I will say they never questioned my liquids but did question my 2 tube mods, 2 box mods and 7 batteries I brought with me. I even tried checking some of it in my bag and got pulled into the bowels of the airport to open my luggage and explain the box was a portable charger (which TECHNICALLY it...

Traveling to India with vaping kit

Curious if there are any new developments in this topic? I'll be traveling to Bangalore on business in July for a week. I'll only bring enough liquid to get me through 2 weeks (always pack extra) and plan on bringing only a few mods, tank parts, etc (of course carto's for the flight). Are...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

Bill - we supported the 4th version because it only included licensing of the retail shops and associated enforcement checks, penalties for selling to minors and allowed for online sales using age restricted delivery methods. This was not just supported by myself but every retail and...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

The Utah Vapers can officially relax, the session ends on Thursday and this years bills that would have impacted our beloved industry have all been officially defeated. I can’t guarantee there will be no further calls to action for the rest of the year, but suffice it say, the state level...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

I'll post a final summary of everything over the weekend. Due to the complexity of this session, it's going to take me a while to put it all together and do the proper kudo's to everyone involved. BUT, the media is accurate that this bill is dead for the session - especially considering there...

Can you PM me on FB or email me directly for more information? Sorry but trying to be careful about posting some things in public to avoid certain details getting out too early. Needless to say, it's not as deep of an impact as you might think...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

The Call to Action is reactivated after a last minute attempt to get HB112s4 pushed through committee rather than a direct presentation on the Senate floor and I previously anticipated. We have on good merit that the original bill will be introduced as a new substitute during the committee...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

We are finally nearing the end! The 2014 legislative session ends next Thursday (13th) and it looks as though all the committees will end on Friday. So at this point, it looks as though HB112 will NOT be presented to a Senate committee for approval. If I’m right, it will go direct to the...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

Any chance I could get someone to go through the video again and compile a list of all the BS he spewed? Ok so here's what everyone has been waiting on - Utah HB112 update: I’m not sure if you all watched the floor debate today but it rivaled last years session. To watch it, go here and...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

I don't run a business Rusty - check out Utah Vapers - Vendors for a list of all certified retailers in town. I've personally purchased from several of them and their prices are more or less aligned with one another. Again, an online only retailer will be cheaper than a B&M since they don't...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

I disagree. While it's true you can find good deals online, our 25+ shops are all fair with pricing of a standard B&M location nearly anywhere in the country. Keep in mind as well that only about 5-6 of the shops make their own juice and of those, I've never had a bad tasting one unless it's...

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

Connecticut bill (HB 5286) would require labels covering 60% of e-cig packages listing contents & nicotine yield, hearing Feb 28

Roger - here's my understanding that I've also received from some very powerful sources: The Tobacco Control Act preempts any state or local requirement that is “different from or in addition to” Federal requirements relating to “good manufacturing standards” (which would include labeling) or...

Connecticut bill (HB 5286) would require labels covering 60% of e-cig packages listing contents & nicotine yield, hearing Feb 28

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

The advertising clause inserted into the bill is actually a near mirror image of the current FDA regulations on advertising of e-cigarettes. While we all disagree with it, we simply cannot make cessation claims legally already.

Utah bill (HB 112) by Paul Ray would ban the manufacture and sale of all e-cigs that don’t contain pharmaceutical grade nicotine, require license to m

Sorry everyone - as Bramble has indicated, I have been tied up all week prepping our defense, committee meetings and meetings with various reps/senators and have been at the capitol every day this week. I normally don't participate on ECF anymore but have been trying to watch all feeds for...
