Just go by what your body feels works for you. I started at 24 but found that was too strong (dizzy). I dropped to 18 immediately then VERY soon after that down to 12. After dropping to 12, I started DIY and now after 8 months am down to 4mg. I can hit this as much or as little as I want...- afrazier5

No idea on the dinners just yet as we don't schedule those usually until about a week ahead. Weekends at this point won't be a problem but I am guessing I'll be a guest at a private residence one of the 2 nights.
