It's not just their website, I have issues with other retailers as well. I buy most of my juice from esmoker (because it's hard to find 30ml High Caliber Cappuccino) and their site is even more difficult than GV. I've personally learned to live with it since I like their products and service...
I have the Twist and my old eyes can't see the dial. If I need to check out what it's set on, I have to dig out the reading glasses. Usually I just set it where it works and leave it alone. I didn't know the Spinner's were fatter, my Twist is a little tippy trying to stand it up with a mini Nova...

You gotta just keep trying. I found one I like and it's my every day vape and I try new juices when I can. I've finally found a second one I like.
Vendors have to buy and store numerous products and hope they sell out before a new version comes along. They also have to deal with the hassle of frequent importing. Then there's the inevitable DOA's they'll most likely have to eat because it may not be worth the expense and hassle to send them...
I did it because it's easy to do and I might have need of it someday and I'll be prepared when I do. I still live by the Boy Scout motto: Be Prepared. :D
