It should help. A Triton coil in an Atlantis or a Triton tastes identical to me, and that same coil in a Melo III tank tastes almost identical.
Some people didn't like the Melo III regardless of coil because of it's chimney. I guess it made a slight difference, but not a big one to me because...
Thanks for the update. The .5 will be a tighter draw, but I think the .4 was preinstalled and I'm running that at 40 watts too. Or at least I was up until a day or two ago. I have a two week update....
So two weeks running the .4 in one EVO and the .5 in the other. Each has seen over 40ml...
Yeah exactly. Plus, if you stick with MTL, you can still get use out of both tanks with a Triton 1.8 coil and a suitable drip tip. Can't do that with a Cleito. The two reasons to go with a Cleito would be a decent RTA/RBA and the most airflow. The EVO with the .4 coil almost matches the...
I think that would be a safe assumption but I can't confirm. The Cleito's is pretty nice I will say though.
You do need to drain both tanks to change the coils. It's not even close to a deal breaker though. One, I usually vape a tank basically dry before changing anyway. Two, if I don't, it's...
For those that care, I'll keep this thread updated as I spend more time with the Atlantis EVO. I bought two of them. I'm running one with the .4 EVO coil and the other with the .5 and each with different juice. After at least two weeks, I'll swap which juice is using which coil. After that...
Yeah those Innokin coils are great and do last a long time. And cheap. I got my wife one a while back. I can't help but hit it when I walk past it.
I may need more time until I decide which I like more. The choice of coils and the ability to swap between 2ml or 4ml give the EVO a great edge...
I understand your love for carto tanks. They were my favorite for years, though for a small MTL device, nowadays I think I'd be using the Innokin T18. The aspire K2 works great too.
As for the Cleito, there is a third TC coil. It works really well if you like TC. I actually don't like TC...
Thanks. Actually I would say the EVO has 90% of the airflow that the Cleito has IF you're using the .4 coil which is more wide open similar to the Cleito. The .5 coil is more like Atlantis/Triton coils. This is the reason why I said I keep the airflow on the Cleito (and the EVO with the .4...
Last week I got a couple of Aspire Atlantis EVOs. I've mainly been using Cleitos, but I enjoy Atlantis coils and the options available for compatible coils. The EVO looks killer, I love the 2ml size for pocket-ability yes love having the option of a 4ml extension, which is slightly more that...
Update
So still all my other mods have just sat in a drawer since March. I've only used my white Pico. Still love the size and looks and it works flawlessly. I'm really loving the Smart mode too. Thank goodness this thing was released before August 8th. I can survive on Picos just fine...
Yeah I agree totally from old to new tank with the BF 1.5s. Even though I DL, I actually still have mine loaded with MTL juice so to speak and it may sit a week before I hit it, but it works flawlessly each time.
After trying A LOT of tanks with pre-built coils, I would suggest the Aspire Cleito or the Aspire Atlantis EVO. No matter how many I try, I alway seem to go back to Cleito and Atlantis/Triton coils/tanks for all around flavor, ease of use and lack of leaking or spitting.
I had terrible luck with their coils. Tried three in a Vaporesso tank. Gave up on it within 24 hours. People either seem to really love them or really hate them.
Funny you should say that. I really am going to get a couple more Picos, but I've been seriously eyeing up the Target Mini for an even more compact out on the town device. She's a looker too.
