    This seems to happen once in a blue moon and I feel terrible you're having to deal with this. How many of the short charging cables do you have? I ask because mine did go bad once after about 6 months and replacing it did the job.

    Sorry about the terribly written post above. I trying to do this on the go on an iPhone. If you can, explain what your chargers look like to us. If you contact customer service again, perhaps explain the chargers to them as well. Something is definitely weird here.
