I am using a Buzz Pro, which is great and has many safety built-in mechanisms like: 3 vent holes, short circuit and over current protection, a in line diode that will heat up and melt off of the PCB from excess heat over 3 amps, plastic cap etc. But my concern are the Powerizer CR123A 650 mAh...
That's not the point. I am only trying to educate myself as much as possible and learn how to properly take care of batteries/chargers and stay as safe as possible. There is much more info available now about safety on ECF than before.
I don't think we can compare mobile phones with e-cigs. I am vaping way more often than talking on my phone. As about laptops, they usually sit on a table and only seldom we use them over our feet. An e-cigarrete is something much more intimate! It's a different product.
It is not a loud noise. You can hear only if it is very quiet or you bring it close to the ears. It is the noise of a transformer. It is probably the expected behavior with these chargers, $15.
What actually bothers me is that it is not the PV which I am afraid to use, is these low cost...
Well, with the risk of everybody disagreeing with me let me tell you that I am afraid now!!!!
Why?
Because it's not the same as driving. When I'm driving I know that I depend on my skills and that if I do wear the safety belt and most importantly I am not speeding my chances of having an...
Thanks.
I have also researched and found out about Pila. However it seems Pila is not officially supporting charging other batteries than Pila: source 1, source 2. However it seems to work just fine.
Regarding how to check your charger I have found this to be useful.
I do own a Fluke 175 (don't ask why I do own one, I am not sure either) and I have measured the voltage on the TR-0001 without batteries and it reads 4.229 V. I did not test with the batteries in yet.
You have mentioned you can test the mAh. How? I have set my multimeter to read mA - DC and...
I have several questions about the Powerizer batteries (I own for the moment only 2 of them ordered from Notcigs, and I am waiting for 4 more to be shipped):
- What is the maximum discharge for Powerizer Li-Ion batteries (Ampers)?
- Where are they made? China? USA?
- What kind of built-in...
I have read somewhere that we should have been vaping all along this time but we did not had the technology to do this so we where smoking. Why? Why was so difficult to build a vaporizer?
Thanks
I am using Powerizer CRC123A Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in my new received Buzz Pro. I have seen that some people recommended checking the batteries with a Volt meter. Why? What are the dangers? How to tell when a battery must be thrown away?
No. Maybe just the shipping time, it took about 3 weeks, but that was to be expected using the cheapest shipping method. And I paid a small amount of tax at customs (about 25-30 USD) as it was delivered from USA and not from EU, also to be expected. But no other problems at all. Here there are...
What if the problem is not the atty but the tank? Did you inserted the tank (cartridge) properly?
Also do not screw to tight everything, leave it just a little bit lose.
Actually I do have some problems:
1. The maine one: air flow is obstructed somehow if I do not keep is a distance between the carto and the battery as seen in the picture. Is this normal? What is a "slotted screw"? What pin should I pry? I am using Boge 3.0 ordered from Notcigs along with my...
Hello Buzz Army,
I had collected my Buzz Pro a couple of days from mail and I had a few problems in the beginning making it produce vapor and getting some liquid in my mouth. I have tried a few things and it seems that the problem is that I screwed the cartomizer too much, now I made it work...
