    I actually use cartos now on my Ego-C batteries. As soon as I tried some dual coil Kangers there was no turning back to the atty for me. But the knowledge should be here and shared :) Some people are performing a dry burn of the atty every couple of days as it is loosing the TH.

    Hi Steve, I do not have the original steel mesh, I bought something similar but you can get original steel mesh from a dead Ego-T atty, as there is steel mesh around the ceramic piece.     inox mesh= stainless steel mesh. Sorry for my English :) You can either buy it new or if you disassemble a dead Ego-T atomizer, there's plenty of stainless steel mesh around the ceramic piece.

    No, I don't think it safe. Use only recommended materials ('silica rope' for the wick and 'inox mesh' (stainless steel mesh) for the Lipton Tea Bag tip). If the wick is not silica rope but some other fiber in can get into your lungs and cause complications. Better to avoid this.

    I have found a very nice tutorial in the maintenance section about how to clean an Ego-T atomizer. How about the Ego-C atomizer? Is it worth it? Perhaps the idea is not to bother anymore with this and just buy replacements?
