    Instead of the wick laying on it's side you install it vertically not touching the bottom just like any other genesis device. It is pretty easy to do, I got it working on the first try.

    I just got 2 of them and put a ss wick into one of them. It works great for tasting flavors when mixing my DIY. I would not want to use it as my daily vape though. Too much like the old days of dripping. lol

    Yes it could be, but just in case, please double check to see if the top cap is pushing it down. If it is just a little too tall the cap will push it down into the tank.
