    Some of the screws have a little extra from the manufacturing process. If you take it off the Zenesis and force the wrench in and out a couple of times it will work.

    I used a magic eraser and dish soap to clean the outside of the Standard and boy did it make a difference with how clean it was. I rinsed with a dampened microfiber cloth and dried with yet another microfiber cloth. This may work for you as well.

    It will be a little bit hard to do that. The finish is brushed and if you buff it, you will start to see a much more shiny area. Therefore to buff out a scratch you would have to buff the entire thing.
