    Roly, thank you for posting this here!!! + 1 What are the signs to look for to know if you have pharmaceutical grade? Is it USP? If so, buying it at your local pharmacy should be OK???? Provided it is labeled USP.

    5 wraps of 32 gauge is what is recommended. However I preferred 4 wraps of 32. 30 is probably too thick and not enough resistance to work as it should.
