    yeah I'd also like to hear some recommendations on coffee. coffee is tricky. I can't find a good one! it seems like nobody can nail that flavor of a standard morning joe. coffee sugar cream. nothing I've tried even comes close to being authentic.

    Yeah big time. I tried taking cinnamon as a dietary supp for blood sugar level regulation, as suggested to me. I'm not allergic to cinnamon but my entire body broke out in hives. cinnamon is some potent stuff. no surprise that vapers love it :D
