    Good deal! New or used a Provari is one of the best pv's out there. I've found that I don't have a need for the 3.5 amp upgrade for my V1 and plan to purchase another Provari for a backup, which will have the upgrade anyway. Congrats on your new toy and welcome to the real world of true vv!

    I don't think it's silly at all to want to wait to get a blue LED vs. a red one. It's your money, your choice, your preference and what you want. A Provari is like a good woman in that it's what's inside that really matters... but a sexy exterior does make it just a little nicer! :tongue:

    I run 3.0 Boges either alone or slotted ones in my tanks and run them anywhere from 4.6 to 5.0 volts depending on the juice and how I want it.

    How do you "punch" holes in the carto for tanks?

    I use the exact method PBusardo shows in the link below. I cut my 5ml DCC tanks down so I can use my Boge 3.0 ohm cartos. I also use 50/50 PG/VG mix up to 90% VG which is quite thick, so two wide slots works best for me. Link.
