    Discussing the NicoStick

Thanks WillyB for explaining and showing a picture of the 18650 holder, and yes that is what I hope to use it for, mounting one inside an Altoids tin. These are the only 18650 holders I've been able to find out there. :thumb:

Where Can I Get A......? Where can I get a 14 gauge syringe

I use 14g myself and got all my supplies from here. :thumb:

    3 days, only 6 analogs.

Congratulations on your quick success! As you're finding out, there is a learning curve to using a PV and "training your brain" to accept vaping as your new way of smoking. I personally found zero withdrawal symptoms my first day and actually started sleeping better than I have in years the...

    Another Boring Nicostick

It appears that the proverbial "Mod Monkey" has jumped on your back and like many you'll be making your own personal mod that will be original and inovative. That's what modding is all about. Even though not original, your NicoStick is very nice. Good Luck and happy modding! :thumb:

    Discussing the NicoStick

I did some searching and did find some 18650 protected battery holders (each one holds one battery) and ordered a couple from Dig-Key (link below). Once I got them I tried them and the protected 18650 UltraFires I have fit perfectly. My plan is to mount one inside an Altoids tin for my own...

    Cignot Shipping???

I can understand your confusion as I've run across that many times online shopping. Any order over $59 ships for free at Cignot and the $35 shipped was mis-information. Trust me when I say that the $5 shipping is well worth it once you receive your Joye 510 from them. Just remember to blow...

Uses for your last pack of analogs

My last pack with 6 un-smoked cigs and the last one I put out (....) is still sitting in a drawer collecting dust. I may end up making a small display case and making a tribute to my greatest "life blunder" to remind myself how stupid I was for more than 36 years. :thumb:

VG question - is this right?

I get my 50ml bottles from Rocky Mountain Vapor. It's $22 for 50ml (any nic strength) and shipping is free on orders over $14 so it's not a bad deal. Their juice is Dekang brand which is what I like. :thumb:

Hope im posting in the right spot to get a fast answer

The only things I could suggest is picking up a couple of extra batts, charge them and keep them for spares (may be too late for that) or consider getting a pack of snus. I've never heard of snus before joining ECF, but have since learned that it is just like the old chewing tobacco in a pouch...

    Another Boring Nicostick

You may call it another "boring" NicoStick" but you've made a cool mod there. I have made 5 of them myself, each slightly different and one of them 5v, but use them every single day as my power source and it is without a doubt the easiest, cheapest, most dependable mod I've enjoyed for several...

    10440 battery length difference

Not 100% sure if this helps, but normally a protected battery will be a little longer than one that is unprotected. I've posted the below link several times in the past and you may find it very useful to help you understand better. The anatomy of a Protected Battery :thumb:

VG question - is this right?

I've never used any doublers so I can't say anything about them, but I get all my e-juice in 50ml bottles at 18mg strength and cut it 50/50 with VG and it works fine for me. Yes, the flavor and nic level is cut exactly in half, but still enough flavor to satisfy my needs. Everyone is different...

    Cleaning 510 carts.

Just use a sturdy paperclip to put into the tiny hole in the mouthpiece end and pry it off, then look inside the cart and you'll see another piece that you can pry out too. Soak all in hot water, rinse really well (be careful not to lose small pieces) and I use a Q-tip to dry out the insides...

VG question - is this right?

Yes, that HUMCO brand from WalMart is the exact VG that I and many have used and as others have said, as long as it is marked USP on the label, it is ok to use. I also cut all my e-juice 50/50 with VG and the last batch of VG I purchased I got from here and with shipping was a little over $10...

    Holy bajesus.

I also enjoyed your post. Funny thing is that as long as I have been vaping you are typing my exact feelings even today. I am a vapaholic and enjoy each and every minute of it! :thumb:

Massachusetts Smokeless Use Increasing (so tax it)

Living here, nothing about increasing taxes suprises me, this is after all "Taxachusetts". Last summer a big push came through in the form of cigarette tax and my regular pack of cigs went up $1.50 per pack in one day. Then a couple of months later, another increase in cigarette tax. The...

    How many Drags?

Your 510 kit will come with a 3.7 volt battery and it's hard to say how many "puffs" you may get from one pre-filled cartridge, but a rough estimate is to expect about 10-12 cigarettes worth of vaping from one. Once you've been vaping a while you will be trying many different cart mods and...

American Lung Association Vs. Electronic Cigarettes

Oh, and I'm a firm believer in "going to the source" and just contacted the ALA via email: "Over the years (I'm 54 now) I have donated money to the ALA. Now I find out that you are involved in a campaign against electronic cigarettes. Are you kidding me? Can you provide me with any...
