That's a nice mod, Eagle. I'm planning on building my new mod out of flamed maple in a violin shape, and dyeing it this color. Kind of give it that old Stradivarius violin look.

I have been micro soldering professionally for over 20 years myself, and keeping your tips tinned at all times is quite important. I've got a solder tip on one of my irons that I've been using every day for quite a few years, and it still takes solder as good as the day it was new.
That is organized. You should see my work bench in my avionics shop. Everything is strung out everywhere, but when I go to reach for something, I know right where it is. Someone moves something of mine, and I'm ripping their head off. lol
I sometimes have the same problem. Because, as bad as you want to berate someone for their ignorance and stupidity, you know deep down that it will not change their mind, and will only further their hatred towards whatever it is you're wanting to defend.
That's a sign of a person who knows...
What I said is not wrong. I said "automatically adjusts voltage to meet a specific wattage depending what ohm coil you're using." that's exactly what VW does. Guess what you do when you vary the voltage on your Provari...you also vary the wattage while the resistance stays constant.
I agree...
If you're sold on VV, then you're sold on VW. VW is merely an autopilot for VV. VW automatically adjusts voltage to meet a specific wattage depending what ohm coil you're using.
Bogger Box Mods also make DNA20 bottom feeder mods. DNA 20D Variable Watt
Provape is behind the times. Mods are...
JC was good 4 years ago when there wasn't much else out there in the ways of e-liquid. But, now that there are many many many many better options, I don't even consider them anymore.
And, yes... The term "smoke juice" is like fingernails down a chalkboard to me. As much as I'd like to say...
I definitely see what you're saying... Sadly, as advanced as vaping is at this point, it is still in the infant stages of equipment. As vapers figure out the best coil/wick setups, manufacturers are taking note and incorporating these into the latest and greatest revisions of their products. It...
This.
People should know by now how inconsistent products are. Whether it be cartos from the same box, or Protank heads from the same manufacturer. You know why RBAs are so awesome? Because YOU make the coil and YOU make the wick to YOUR specifications that work best for YOU. The Protank is...
Bingo. Silica carries juice to the coil, but cotton actually swells up and holds more liquid inside the coil. I wrap my micro coils with a 5/64 drill bit, then roll enough cotton to slide snug inside the coil, and trim it...and throw a thin cotton flavor wick on top. Once it swells up, no...
I wrap my friends' coils at 2.2 ohms, because, while it doesn't produce a ton of vapor, it produces a good bit and gives a little extra battery life through the day for them.
A few of my buddies at work are still using 3.7 volt 650mah batteries, and I have taught them all how to wrap 2.2 ohm micro coils and cotton wicks for their Protanks and mini Protanks. We have made a 510 adapter that connects to our digital multimeters to check them before use though. As Visus...
Even though I've only been a member here for about a year and a half, I (along with a few coworkers) started vaping almost 4 years ago on a little 901 cig-a-like that we all bought from a gas station. The tobacco flavor was horrible, and the menthol was basically a barely tolerable mouthwash...
