Yup... Scotch Brite can be wrapped around the part, and all you have to do is rotate the part a few times (in one direction only). That keeps the grain flowing the same direction, and gives it a nice professional look.

If you're going to use any metal wool on those tanks, use SS wool. Tiny particles of regular steel wool can ingrain itself in to that stainless and oxidize (rust) over time. Any time you're brushing or polishing stainless steel, use stainless steel wool.
