Ego-c atomizer alternatives?
I really like the Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers, which are "low resistance" on the eGo and/or Riva batteries. I always have a coupled filled and with me when on the go just in case the tank system acts up.- Phreaker

How do you clean/dry ego-c tanks?
I'm sorry didn't have a chance to reply before you tried it. The heat didn't seem to be an issue. I think I had the dryer on medium. Glad it worked out for you too.- Phreaker
