You are welcome V! It's much easier to take the tray out and dump its contents into a bag then scooping litter multiple times a day! Oh and I don't care what the directions say those trays are reusable. Throw um away when they start to rip not after each dump!- orkira

Bamrz we have a one of those powered cat boxes that scoops up the waste and dumps it into a bin so there isn't anything left in the cat box for the dog to "play" with. Have you thought about one of those?- orkira
