I apologize in advance if this has been answered. I'm actually getting reo grand in a trade and was wondering how I can get the catch cup milled. I would love to get the AFC cap for the ol' cyclone!

Also I'm deciding if I'm going to throw a pair of ptc 3a resettable fuses in parallel or run without. Even at .7ohms and 20 watts it's only doing 5.35 amps.

Crap totally lost track of this thread. Great info though! I'm currently building one prototype with an 18650, one with some turnigy nano tech rind cells.

Thank you for the heads up! I will go that route! I am actually going to buy both battery set ups and test both to see which fits better.

This is one of the ones I was looking at but it doesn't say what gauge wire it comes with.

I am in the process of building a dna20 mod and working out some sizing. One route is 2 tenergy nano tech 1200mah 15c batteries in parallel. Or an 18650 set up. I've been looking around and most seem to be real crappy. If I'm not mistaken the dna20 specs call for 20g wire for the battery to...
Honestly the quality isn't that bad at all. Mine was flawless. The design itself has inherent flaws, the taifun gt has the same flaws.

As much as I enjoyed my ehpro kayfun, I got a Russian 91% and wow! The quality is 10 times better. The ehpro will still be in rotation, just not as often lol!

I am researching Li-Po battery packs and was wondering if say, I take a 7.4v battery pack (2 3.7v cells wired in series) and we're to wire them in parallel, how would that change the Mah and C rating? If at all?

I have been pondering using 7.4v round Lipo packs. What I wonder is after you rewire them from series to parallel, what would be the mah rating and C rating? Would it change?

Well I found much better screws at radio shack, the size is 1.6mm machine screw. Got some with wider heads.

Honestly it's not bad if you are a little handy. Just did the airholes, and actually got some screws that fit and it's great!
