    After over two months with the eGo-C, I'd say that the threads seem pretty durable to me. Just keep the threads reasonably clean and don't ever force a thread if it seems to stick a bit while screwing the pieces together because you can strip the thread by forcing it.

    If it is actually leaking juice then you will see it coming out the bottom of the atomizer base and into the battery connection and onto the steel ring around the button long before it gets into the mouthpiece. Ego C batteries have 510 threads.
