EGO-C conversion kit's screw is stripped

Where did you get the conversion kit? Did you contact them about the problem?

    Ego C Leaks

The fluid inside the mouthpiece is condensation, not leaking juice. Some degree of condensation is inevitable whenever vapor contacts a cooler surface, it also happens inside cartomizers, clearomizers, etc. To minimize the amount of condensation, let up on the button just before you stop...

    Hi

Welcome to vaping and ECF! As long as you're trying, that's what counts. Love your nickname. :)

    Ego-T Atty Ajustment?

It involves adjusting the placement of the wick in the spike in the atty, Vicki at Cignot has a short video that demonstrates it. From your description, it sounds like the wick may be a little high in the spike so you would just take a toothpick and push it in very slightly.

Tasting metal on my 1.7 ohm XL carto

In my experience, that metallic taste comes from the coil not having quite enough juice on it. If you've used that carto for 6 days, it's likely there's enough gunk in the filler by now to slow down wicking to the coil. I'd either chuck it or you could try soaking it in vodka or PGA and then...

    Joyetech eGo-C w/ LR atomizers

Nice! I hope you like it as much as I like mine. :)

    I think I'm safe now

You're welcome, glad to be of use. :) And congrats on quitting analogs, you certainly deserve a new PV for that accomplishment! :) If you like the form factor of your Echo, an eGo will allow you to keep that while giving you access to all of the 510 goodies without having to use an adapter. I...

Not real impressed with the eGo T, in fact, yuck!

Sounds to me like you've got a wicking problem. - If your tanks aren't pre-punched, pop off the bottom cap and remove the hanging chad because it can block juice flow to the wick. - Do not fill all the way to the top so that there's no room for at least a small air bubble. - Make sure the tank...

    I think I'm safe now

I use a 306 atomizer and drip tip to test flavors. 306 threads fit 510 threads without an adaptor.

    phantom t1 or ego-c 1000mah?

Looks to me like the Phantom is just a grossly overpriced Joye eGo knockoff.

    EgoC help

The Joye LR eGo-C attys that I got from Cignot have "Cignot" laser-engraved on them with "LR" engraved under it. The Joye SR attys just have "Cignot" engraved on them. Like Myk, I find the C attys to be good from the get go, I just blow through a new one once or twice and wipe it off a bit, then...

    Mature Vapers! Talk to us

You might want to try eGo button protectors, they're cheap (2 for $1) and just clip on to keep the button from accidentally being activated.

    Colorado man sues after explosion

I'm curious how many mod manufacturers carry product liability insurance. My guess is probably none because the cost would probably be prohibitive given the lack of accepted engineering standards, inherent risk, etc.

    EgoC help

I tried Boge LR cartos and found them too warm and harsh for me (eGo-C LR attys are also a bit warmer than I usually prefer). I also have a 306 atty that I occasionally use for dripping. I think much of the muting and loss of TH that some people complain about with eGo tanks has to do with the...

    Joye Ego Batteries

I get my genuine Joye eGo batteries from Cignot and haven't had any problem with them. Joyetech has a list of approved distributors here (scroll down about 80% down the page for U.S. distributors).

    New Ovale eGo-C changeble system.

I've had the same problem sometimes. I now soak the attys in PGA or vodka for a day or two on the theory that it might help soften up the burnt on crud that glues the wick to the coil. Then I use a Monoject 412 curved tip syringe to shoot PGA/vodka through the atty several times in the hope of...

    Riva question

An important thing to know before recommending anything is whether or not you like noticeably warmer/hotter vapor that you really feel when it hits your throat and lungs or do you like cooler vapor that feels "smoother." If you like warm/hot vapor with a noticeable lung hit, then LR is the way...

    EgoC help

That is really cheap, I'd be worried a bit about the quality. For $10 more ($20) you can get a Joye eGo-C starter kit from Cignot - A starter kit, B starter kit. That's what I did.
