    When I use to buy juice, I never steeped it. I would just use it. Over time I barley noticed a flavor change. The major changes would happen after about a month for me.     It appears to me to be a regular pack of cartomizers. From what i've recently seen, cartos for a carto tank that are prepunched are more expensive(13/15$ a pack of 5). However, I do not use a carto tank and know little about that. I think you are okay though. Hope the how-to helps!
