    Sweetener for juice

    You can also buy Lorann Cotton Candy (which is Ethyl Maltol) locally at Hobby Lobby or a specialty cake supply store. I got 2 dram bottles of it for ~$2, this is what I use for sweetening my juice.

    Yeah, Classes won't start again until January. I will have to work more in the meantime though, so it's not much of a break. It's time to register for Spring classes now; gotta figure out what to take this time. Only my favorite! :D It's a yearly drink for me! Almost out, only 1 packet...

    I actually like the walmart brand of them, but they're not as firm, more chewy. That's why I toast them, plus the filling is more jelly in them, rather than...can't think of the word I'm looking for. :glare:

    Whats the best way to steep a juice?

    My problem is that I'm very much a "last minute" kind of girl, so I often don't have time to wait, lol! I need to start mixing up batches ahead of time so I can try steeping, but I need more bottles first, down to 2 empty ones that I keep rotating for new mixes!
